Wash Mode is not responsible for downtime, errors, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, lost data, or service issues caused by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you use.

11. Advertising and Compliance

Clients are responsible for making sure their offers, claims, promotions, pricing, disclaimers, guarantees, and advertisements comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Wash Mode may provide creative and strategic recommendations, but the client is responsible for approving the accuracy and legality of all published materials.
